Excellent food, service and ambience. The husband and wife team always make us feel welcome and everyone eating there are regulars. Best chicken salad ever. You have to eat here, it's better than any of the overpriced delis around the area.
Had the pleasure of eating a late breakfast at Terri's Cafe in Owings Mills...my first time...I think I have been hiding under a rock! GREAT place to have breakfast meetings and lunch meetings! Eggs, turkey bacon, and French toast were to die for!! The owner snuck me a taste of their DELICIOUS chicken salad I will be running, not walking, back for! And of course, I knew half the customers! Please continue to support this lovely small business with the freshest of food! A big plus...was the nicest and most accommodating friendly owners!! They cater too!!!
They are always so friendly, anytime we place a to-go order it always seems to come with fresh cookies. The food is good, I've had a few different items like the chicken Caesar wrap and different sandwiches. Our office orders to go a lot!
The food here is good, especially the freshly made lemonade and homemade cookies. I had the cheese quesadilla and it was good too. But what really sets this place apart is how friendly the staff is. They are so friendly, so nice, and so helpful. They seem to know the names of all the regulars but if you're not a regular, they treat you with the same friendliness and appreciation the regulars get. Thank you Terri's Cafe for your awesomeness!
Why haven't I come here sooner? What a great, friendly environment and delicious food. We had the Terri's grilled chicken paining and the Italian sub. Both were fresh and perfectly delivered with house made chips that were to die for. Oh, did I mention that the owner is the absolute sweetest!!! This will be a frequent lunch spot!!
I've been here a few times, and every time, I feel like I could cry at how much I love this place. The owners are so caring, considerate, warm, and engaging. They have no issues making recommendations and jumping in to help their staff. Plus, the conversations are lovely. The food is phenomenal! The tropical bowls and French toast are the best I've ever had. And the cookies are warm and to die for. You will definitely leave satisfied

Terri has been here for 12 years and is still smiling, serving and providing locals with a place to escape. Free refills on coffee. Wifi that works and a Stevenson vibe that can explain the smile. Tucked away in a business park three turns from a main or visible thorofare. Breakfast, lunch and cookies. Breakfast bowls, French toast, pancakes or eggs. Combo ordering without a la carte options makes ordering a bit complicated. No grits or granola (what's wrong with college students that they don't demand this?). No tv. French toast is soft bread. Bacon is mildly crisp. Highly recommend stopping by.
We decided to stop and get lunch from Terri's Cafe for takeout. We were very pleased. Terri took our order and she was very helpful and pleasant. We shared a delicious turkey club. This small restaurant exhibits a very happy atmosphere. I am very happy that we went there today. Terri's Cafe has been open for 12 years and I wish we went there sooner! I highly recommend!
